It's been 3.5 years working with FAC and counting....Must say a positive environment ,flexible working hours,constant support & motivation from the head which encourages us always. FAC has been a spectacular journey for me! Mr. Giri Krishnan recruited me from a Management school as a fresher and the training which he has given me cannot be expressed by words. I have to thank him for moulding me. From a fresher to MIS executive to the team lead. I enjoyed it every bit. And still, my learning goes on......... Giri Sir is an excellent human being, kind-hearted, helpful, great mentor, motivator, guide, team builder, a leader, wants to excel in everything and an example of a perfectionist. From the day I have joined until now it has been a v wonderful journey. I am grateful to all my colleagues in FAC who have shaped my career in FAC. FAC provides every woman flexible working hours and opportunities to work from home. FAC has always encouraged women entrepreneurs.
